Tempura battered soft shell crab topped with Ruan’s lightly sweet ginger gravy complimented with

mushroom, onion, green onion, and carrots served with steamed rice

Pan-seared scallops shrimp in a mild Mussaman Curry,

potato, carrot, cashew nut, topped with slices of avocado, served with steamed rice

Pan-seared shrimp in Red curry sauce with coconut milk complimented with snow peas, broccoli, bell pepper and carrot served with steamed rice


D. Tilapia Basil

A lightly seared filet of Tilapia in basil sauté dish, textured with grounded shrimp in Ruan’s Basil sauce, served with steamed rice
